Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and disable 'Find My iPhone' or 'Google Lock' to ensure the device can be processed by our technicians.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the electronics in their original box or equivalent protective packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
